What's an "AI scout agent"?
A scout agent is an autonomous AI worker that runs 24/7 — monitoring MLS feeds, ownership records, pre-foreclosure data, and price movements in neighborhoods you configure. It surfaces leads and sends you alerts so you don't have to do the manual searching.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
Yes — we don't offer a free trial, but the Starter plan at $29/month is intentionally priced so you can validate value without a big commitment. Cancel within your first billing period if it's not working for you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Is this just another CRM with a fancy name?
